Salesforce is hiring an Associate Member of Technical Staff (AMTS) through its Futureforce University Recruiting program for its Bangalore and Hyderabad centers. This highly selective entry-level engineering position embeds fresh graduates into product squads across core cloud ecosystems, including Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform IoT, and the Einstein/Agentforce AI platform. As an AMTS, you will participate in the complete software engineering lifecycle—collaborating with product managers and UX experts to design, implement, and scale cloud features used by millions worldwide. The role places an equal emphasis on code quality, requiring you to construct test automation frameworks and write robust test suites to ensure system stability.

Requirements:

• B.E. / B.Tech degree graduating precisely in the calendar year 2026.
• Specialization in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or closely related equivalent engineering streams with a heavy focus on computer science.
• A minimum cumulative tracking score of 7.5 CGPA and above, with strictly no active backlogs.
• Willingness to learn the internal codebase, development culture, and release processes to architect, design, and deliver highly scalable cloud solutions.
• Experience or strong foundational training in designing test strategies, writing unit/functional validation tests, building automated test suites, and setting up automation frameworks to drive up code coverage.
• Familiarity with or interest in utilizing application telemetry and cloud operational metrics to debug pipelines and drive continuous systems excellence.
• Deep conceptual command over core data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design patterns, and distributed system architectures.
• Superior analytical and logical problem-solving skills, a self-motivated starter mentality, and a highly collaborative team-player approach to coordinate alongside multi-functional product squads.
